Courtney graduated from McMaster University in 2012, receiving her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. Prior to that, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Western University.

She believes in lifelong learning and is devoted to keeping up with the latest research to deliver evidence-based patient care. Courtney continues to expand her practice skills and has pursued continuing education courses in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, pelvic floor physiotherapy and the McKenzie method. Courtney has also completed Level 2 of the Manual Therapy Certification through the Orthopedic Division of the CPA.

In her spare time, she loves to cook, travel and has a strong interest in fitness. She enjoys running, weightlifting, skiing, swimming, and chasing after her two little kids.

Jessica has been a physiotherapist for 6 years. She has extensive experience working with orthopaedic and sports injuries. Jessica served as the official team physiotherapist for collegiate schools, professional clubs and national level soccer teams in the Philippines and Guam. Aside from working with higher level athletes, Jessica has the passion and knowledge for treating patients of all ages and conditions. She believes the same principles of physiotherapy can be applied to anyone to effectively optimize their function and performance during everyday activities. Lewis is a licensed massage therapist who is motivated on delivering exceptional services for his clients. He graduated from ICT Kikkawa College for Massage Therapy. During his time at Kikkawa Teaching Clinic, Lewis has treated a variety of people in all shapes and sizes and all kinds of health conditions from sports injuries to neurological conditions. Lewis is trained in hydrotherapy, deep tissue massage, trigger points, Swedish massage, myofascial release and basic Manual Lymphatic Drainage. On his down time, Lewis prefers to stay active. He enjoys running and also loves to spend time at his local boxing gym to working out and to improve his skills in the ring. Daniel graduated from the University of Toronto in 2010, receiving his Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to attending the University of Toronto, he graduated from York University with an Honour’s degree in Kinesiology. He has experience treating a variety of orthopedic conditions from low back pain to sport specific injuries and believes the combination of manual therapy and active exercise programs lead to optimal patient outcomes. His approach is multi-modal and he provides his patients with the proper education to not only treat their injury but also prevent future re-occurrence. Continuing education and evidence based best practice is an ongoing commitment to Daniel. He is completing his credentials towards the Diploma of Advanced Orthopedic Manual and Manipulative Therapy through the Orthopedic Division of the CPA. He has also completed courses in Functional Dry Needling, the Mckenzie Method, Mulligan, Neurokinetic Therapy as well Levels 1 and 2 from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.
